What exactly are prepaid credit cards? This point is brought up rather frequently as pre pay cards are fairly modern to the mainstream. OK, they give a very useful way to use cash. They look just as a credit card and are also provided by one of the main plastic card providers including visa. But, a prepaid cards only holds cash which the owner has put on him or herself. There is no credit limit and there is no sneaky interest rate added. The money you load up is what you pay!
